How can I help?

Often the experience of being truly listened to can help us better hear ourselves. Therapy offers a safe space to put your thoughts, feelings and experiences into words. Together, we will explore, listen and learn, in order to gain new insights and perspectives, find relief from distress and move towards a more authentic, peaceful and satisfying existence.

I provide individual psychotherapy to adults seeking support with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship matters, family conflict, life transitions, parenting, self-discovery and more. Together we will explore new ways to understand and meet the challenges that you face.
